What will I have to pay for the course?

Tuition Fees:

For the acedemic year 2012/2013 the tuition fees will be £8,500.

To cover the cost of studying trainees can apply for:

  • A Tuition Fee Loan to cover the tuition fees in full
  • A Maintenance Loan for living costs like rent
  • A Maintenance Grant if your household income is less than £42,600

Extra financial help if you have a disability or children or adults depending on you.

How do I pay my tuition fees?

Payment schedules will be published shortly but you will be able to either pay us directly or through theThe Student Loans Company.

    Please note that the recommendation for Qualified Teacher Status and achievement of the Professional Graduate Certificate in Education award will be withheld from any trainee who fails to honour all monetary debts. The trainee is liable for the relevant course fees whether or not the course is completed.

     

     

    Will I receive any travel expenses?

    You will be expected to pay for your own travel costs however, there will be some hardship bursaries available directly from The Thames Primary Consortium.
