NQT Training Programme - top quality training

All our graduates receive mentoring support from a designated Thames tutor during their NQT year.

In an exciting new development at Thames Primary SCITT we are offering a new professional programme of courses to support and guide Newly Qualified Teachers through their induction year. The courses offered are designed to help NQTs reach the highest possible standards as they start at the beginning of their career.

Head Teachers have been instrumental in designing course content which is based on their feedback of NQT needs. The courses will support NQTs and help them develop confidence as professional class teachers.

There will be a combination of half and full day courses, observation sessions and twilight surgeries. We hope you will join us in this latest venture for new teachers and contact us for more information.
